alcune squadre hanno un numero tra parentesi: significa che la reference non è in mio possesso oppure che già all'epoca la reference non era più attuale, come nel caso del plymouth che giocava da vari anni con un kit completamente diverso, molto simile a quello del borussia moenchenglandbach di fine anni '70 (ref 221).
il secondo numero è relativo al kit da trasferta. dove è assente significa che il vostro umile servitore non è riuscito a trovare alcuna referenza utile.
